Our Story
Overwatch was born from a simple observation: the data center industry is booming, but the workforce pipeline isn't keeping up. As AI, cloud computing, and digital services explode in demand, the need for skilled technicians and engineers has never been greater.
Founded by veterans and industry leaders, Overwatch set out to bridge that gap, not by treating workers as commodities, but by investing in them as people. We created training programs, career pathways, and a culture that reflects the discipline and camaraderie of military service.
