How It Works
As an Overwatcher, referring a candidate takes less than 2 minutes. Here's what happens next.
Step 1
Submit a Referral
Send us your candidate's name, contact info, and the role they'd be a good fit for using the contact form or by reaching out to your recruiter.
Step 2
We Reach Out
Our recruiting team contacts your referral within 48 hours and walks them through the process.
Step 3
They Get Hired
Once your referral is hired and completes their probationary period, you earn your bonus.
Step 4
You Get Paid
Referral bonus is paid after the probationary period (typically 90 days). No limit on how many people you can refer.

Many of our best technicians came from outside the industry. If your referral has transferable skills from the military, construction, electrical, or HVAC trades, they could be a great fit.
Refer them anyway, Overwatch will evaluate their background and find the right opportunity. You still earn your full referral bonus when they're hired.

Who can participate?
This program is exclusively for current Overwatchers, our employees and field team members. If you're on our team, you're eligible to refer.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You can refer as many qualified candidates as you'd like. Each successful hire earns a separate bonus.
When do I get paid?
Your $1,000 per-referral bonus is paid after your referred candidate completes their probationary period (typically 90 days). Milestone and top referrer bonuses are paid at year-end.
Can I refer someone for any role?
Yes, we accept referrals for all open positions across every location where Overwatch is hiring.
What if my referral isn't hired right away?
They'll be added to our talent network and considered for future openings. If they're later hired, you still get the bonus.
Do referrals need data center experience?
Not necessarily. Candidates with transferable skills from the military, electrical, HVAC, or construction trades are great fits. We'll evaluate their background and find the right opportunity.
